  There is no hot springs in North East Washington but the Jerry Johnson HS outside of Missoula past the Lolo Pass on Rte #12 in Idaho is a great spot to stop. Also the Trail Creek HS outside of Cascdae Idaho is a good one just off the road and hardly any hike at all. North of the border there are a few like Lussier HS at Canal Flats.

    jerry johnson is great. If you like a pool, there is one at anaconda, and when i was there (many years ago) they had these quaint teepees. kind of a family place if that's what you like.

  Jerry Johonson HS in North Idaho. Multiple naturla springs 1 mile from the Highway. A few miles from Lockshaw or Lochsaw (I think i'm misspelling it) Lodge.
  
  Note: come in from Montana side and it is a much easier drive.
