Sat, January 7, 2006 - 1:15 PMYes, I was just there in October. Stuart Mineral Springs is a very magical place. The setting is amazing. Plus there's some really good medicine in the water, and in the people who work there. I hope to go back soon and partake in one of their teepee ceremonies. -

Sat, January 7, 2006 - 7:36 PMWell.. Are rooms were like $60. But they have lots of choices ... More deluxe expense or maybe cheaper. It's right on a creek called parks creek.. Which is just gorgeous.. You can sweat in there sauna and then go jump in the creek... The waters are soooo rich in minerals... It's intense.. While your in them.. YOu shouldn't move around much. ANy part of your skin that rubs gets a rash... . Oh and there is no communal soaking which kinda bums... But instead you rent a private tub in a little room ... For only an hour at a time.. Actually the place has alot of rules and they write them everywhere for you to see.. It's kinda funny really.. But all the locals are used to it and just trod on.... THe place really is magic and beautiful.... They have massage... And a reasturant that is open here and there... Oh and it didn't seem to be clothing optional... They give you a towel and a sheet to be worn when your walking around..... And they play soothing music throughout the soaking area... Very nice actually... Cute changing area and shower....... It's worth the experience for sure....... Let me know what you think of it.....
Oh yeah its a very short distance north of Mt. Shasta city. I think like six or eight miles...... -

Re: Stewart mineral springs.
Wed, August 9, 2006 - 11:35 PMI have put aside two teepees for anyone who wants to join our group the last weekend of August. My partner Shakti Shen and I will be doing a Tantric weekend, with fire circle, sweat lodge and meditation on Mount Shasta. I would love to get a great group together. If you know of anyone who wants to co-create a Tantric event with us, spread the word. www.sacredspaceinstitute.com. Thanks and namaste!
