A quick check of www.soak.net/ shows 7 springs in GA. The hottest is 88 degrees at the source. (This can vary a little in some springs due to geology, aquifer flow and recent earthquakes.)

Using the google map mash-up at www.acme.com/jef/hotsprings/ shows all 7 about 25/30 miles south of Atlanta spread between Warm Springs and Meansville. The next closest springs are in Hot Spring, NC (108 degrees and 200 miles) and Hot Springs, AR (147 degrees and over 400 miles).

These were all originally natural sources and may or may not be commercialized now.
