Happy to say we have finished most of the repairs on the indoor tubs here and are digging an outdoor soak hole near the spa house. The cold spring is also functioning. Most of the infrastructure is complete, water/wall heaters, septics, kitchen etc. are functioning. It's been a rigorous 6 months and we are happy to make our property available for rentals now. We are a private residence yet we have room to sleep up to 40 people, which is great for having group vacations. It's pristine land right on the river.
